What are you going to do?
You are responsible for independently carrying out various processes within the various sub-departments in our production (filter, cooling & brewing room).
This means that on the one hand, when you cooperate in the filter room, you are responsible for connecting tanks and tankers; cleaning tanks and pipes; starting up, adjusting and cleaning the filter; the right samples and analyzes on site, including quality assessment.
On the other hand, when you participate in the brewing room, you are responsible for monitoring the brewing process. This starts with the receipt of malt, raw grains, sugar and other raw materials to the cooling of the wort. The brewing hall is fully automated, which means that the operation of the various installations is computer-controlled. The recipes drawn up must be accurately carried out by you within established specifications.
In addition to operating the brewing installations, operating the various utilities (steam boilers, water treatment, CO2), performing quality checks during the brewing process, cleaning parts and performing other maintenance tasks are also part of your core tasks.
These various tasks are monitored via an information system on the computer. In this information system you will process, among other things, the raw materials used, quality checks performed and maintenance tasks.
Finally, when you work in the cooling room, you will be responsible for independently carrying out various processes for fermentation and lagering. This means that you are responsible for, among other things, the cooling of the beer, the follow-up of the fermentation, the centrifugation and lagering of the beer.
Of course you help ensure the order and tidiness of the workspace and the installations. All this in a largely automated environment and with the necessary attention to hygiene and sterile operation typical of the food sector.
