How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery: free in Belgium & the Netherlands from € 50, - otherwise € 5,99 (to Belgium) or € 7,99 (Netherlands). The delivery is handled by Bpost from Monday to Friday.
Exception: Cornet wood-burning stoves that are delivered by pallet due to dimensions & weight (€ 60- € 75). 


Alcoholic products are only sold in Belgium and the Netherlands, other items can also be shipped to other countries.

Can I track / follow my order?
When you use your account to order products, you can track your order. You can also use the "track and trace" code that you will receive in the confirmation email, if you placed your order logged in.

When do I receive my order?
We and our delivery partner do everything we can to deliver on the promised delivery time. If there is a delay, we will inform you. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most current information.

What if I was not at home when delivering a package?
When offered a package for the first time, you will receive a Post NL email asking how to receive your package. Also delivered at the neighbors is a possibility. The package will be delivered to your home twice in total. Afterwards it goes to a collection point near you. The package will be stored there for 2 days, if you do not get it, it will be sent back to us.

How soon will I receive an order?
If you place an order before 20 pm, we will do our utmost to deliver your package to you the following working day if the product you want is in stock (except on Sundays & public holidays). Buy after 20 hours, it may be that we need an extra day to get your package to you too. 

What if I have not received part of my order? 
Some products (eg Cornet fire pit & knight's table) are sent via an external party, so that they arrive separately from your other package. For this you will receive a separate track & trace or take the supplier directly contact you. 

With a large order, consisting of several boxes, it may be that some are still on the way. To check where the rest of your order is hanging out, you can use "Multicolli" on PostNL's "Track and trace" tool. When you have clicked on "Multicolli" and no other package is visible, it may be that something went wrong with your order. Can I change the delivery time during or after placing my order? 
No, you cannot change your delivery time at the moment.


Will I receive a notification when my package is delivered? 
You will receive a notification via e-mail when your order has left us. You can follow your package further via track and trace.

Do I have to sign when I receive my package?
In order to properly follow up your order, we normally ask you to place a signature. Due to the Corona measures, this is currently not required. 

What should I do if the contents of my package are incorrect? 
If the content of your order is incorrect, it is best to check the "track and trace" tool of Post NL first. If the information has not helped, it is best to send an email to s-hop@swinkelsfamilybrewers.com
To make everything run more smoothly, it is best to send photos of your order. 

What can I do if I have not received my order? 
On "track and trace" PostNL you can find the location of your order. Maybe he's with the neighbors or at a collection point.
