Returns & cancellations

Have you changed your mind? Did the product not meet your expectations or did you buy the wrong size?
Then you can return the product up to 14 days after receipt, without any motivation. Nevertheless, we would like to ask kindly and without any obligation to always state the reason for return. This allows us to keep improving our products and service. 


If you wish to return your order, you are free to return the entire order or only part of the order. You can only return products in the condition in which S-Hop delivered them to you. Used products are never taken back. It is important that the products are returned in the original and undamaged packaging. 

What if something arrives broken?
We ship all parcels in double-layered, padded cardboard boxes to minimize the risk of breakage and damage. If you still have to determine that there are breaks or damage, please inform us within 7 working days via s-hop@swinkelsfamilybrewers.com so that we can help you in the right way. In order to help you faster, we would like to ask you to include some photos of the damaged product: the product itself, the packaging and the box that your package was in.

Returning your order is quick and easy:
1. Send us an email (s-hop@swinkelsfamilybrewers.com) announcing your return. State the order number in advance so that we can guarantee a quick follow-up. 

2. All returns or exchanges must be reported in writing to S-Hop.be.
Print the withdrawal document and fill in the necessary information.
If you want a different size, please specify further.

3. Put your products, together with the withdrawal form, in the box.

4. To return your order it is necessary to send us the box or bring it to us at the offices in our S-Hop in Steenhuffel. 
The costs of returning are always for your own account.

When and how will I receive my refund after returning an order? 
If you would like a refund, we would like to ask you to state your IBAN & BIC number in the withdrawal document or in the email of notification of the return. In this way we can proceed faster to process your return when we have received the package.

We will complete the refund after we have received your return in good condition and it has been validated. We try to complete your refund within 30 working days. The amount refunded corresponds to the purchase price of the returned goods. Delivery costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned. The return costs are never refunded.
